Q: I am a paying member (not PIDS) for the current year, but I have either never received printed copies of the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Journal or received it in the beginning and then stopped. What do I do? 

A: Should your mailing address remained the same over the period, or you had updated the society with the address change, please contact us at mailto:espidmembership@kenes.ch. You may also be able to contact LWW at +1-301-223-2300 (US number) or email to memberservice@lww.com. 


Q: How do I gain access to the e-version of the Journal? 

A: You need to be a paying member (not PIDS) for the current year. Please read carefully the PIDJ – Member Account Activation Instructions. Within this document you will find instructions on how to activate your online access. You will need your subscriber account number which is found on the mailing label.
